Lifetime Warranty

ORO is covered by a LEGAL WARRANTY and a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the frame, and below, you will find all the warranty-related information.

TERMS AND DURATION OF THE LIFETIME WARRANTY:

  • After the 2-year legal warranty period has elapsed, Hersh Bike srl offers a lifetime warranty on the ORO frame.
  • Hersh offers a 2-year legal warranty for the fork and painting.
  • For all other components, please refer to the brand distributor’s warranty.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and limited to the first buyer.

CONDITIONS TO OBTAIN THE LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE FRAME:

  • Within 30 days of purchase, complete the “lifetime warranty” form below in its entirety and submit it.
  • Upon receiving the form and data, Hersh Bike srl will verify all information and send the lifetime warranty certificate to the email address provided.
  • Print the warranty certificate and keep it along with the proof of purchase and the warranty and maintenance booklet that was provided with the frame.
  • Follow all maintenance vouchers found in the booklet by consulting a professional.
  • For each maintenance voucher, send a photo of the bike and the stamped voucher from your dealer to the email address warranty@hersh.it

THE LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE FRAME EXPIRES:

  • If all the above-mentioned conditions “conditions to obtain the lifetime warranty on the frame” are not met.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Material abuse/fatigue
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper assembly
  • Corrosion
  • Improper maintenance
  • Damage/failures caused by impacts or accidents
  • Modifications made to the frame, fork, or other components
  • Installation of components, parts, or accessories originally not intended or incompatible with the bicycle at the time of sale
  • Labor costs for part replacement or conversion

HOW TO FILE A LEGAL OR LIFETIME WARRANTY CLAIM:

  • Contact your dealer or HERSH BIKE srl by sending an email to warranty@hersh.it with photos of the warranty certificate, product, proof of purchase, frame code (found by scanning the QR code under the bottom bracket or in the maintenance and warranty booklet), and a description of the problem.
  • You will be contacted for any clarifications.
  • After analysis by Hersh Bike srl, in the case of construction or material defects, repair/replacement will occur with the same model or a similar one. In case of doubt about the nature of the defect, Hersh may offer a discount on the replaced material. In case of problems not due to construction or material defects or lack of complete information, the warranty will not be valid.
